Actual Swedish came to as I was told about an old point-and-tell type of conversation book for travelling. The dialogues in Actual Swedish is meant to put vocabulary into context and to explain why something sounds in a certain way whilst you speak naturally. Because, like many other languages, actual spoken Swedish sounds very different from what the dictionary might make you think.
